In choosing staff, Dr. Piplani has taken great care to ensure that her practice houses individuals with both exemplary qualifications and refined communications skills (particularly the ability to listen to patients). Whether treating infants, seniors or those in between, you can expect our staff to provide gentle, quality care.
Dr. Bhoomika Piplani is an internationally trained dentist who was raised in Abu Dhabi, UAE and completed her dental degree in India. She obtained her Masters of Public Health from University of Toronto prior to becoming a Canadian licensed dentist and also concurrently employed as a Clinical Instructor at the Dental Faculty of University of Toronto. She is also the Past President of West Toronto Dental Society of the Ontario Dental Association and is actively involved with outreach programs around the world.
Dr. Piplani is a firm believer in treating her patients as she would want to be treated, and she is passionate about keeping up-to-date with all the newest technology in the dental field.
In her personal life, she practices yoga regularly and loves learning different dance styles. She is very close to her family and friends and has travelled and lived in various countries. One of the distinguishing characteristics about her is her mindfulness and meditation practice. Definitely something she will talk to you about!
Dr. Arti Patel brings over 16 years of clinical experience and a passion for providing gentle, patient-centered dental care. Originally from London, England, she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with Merit from King's College London before practising in a busy London dental clinic and completing advanced hospital training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
After receiving her Canadian dental licence through the National Dental Examining Board in 2016, Dr. Patel relocated to Toronto, where she has continued to build a reputation for compassionate, high-quality dentistry. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and provides a full range of general dental services, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, root canal therapy, crowns, extractions, dental implants, and Invisalign® clear aligners.
Committed to continuing education, Dr. Patel has completed advanced training in implant dentistry, anterior aesthetics, and Invisalign. She combines clinical excellence with a calm, friendly approach, helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental experience.
Outside the office, Dr. Patel enjoys strength training, Pilates, travelling, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is also an Executive Council member of the West Toronto Dental Society and is dedicated to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry.
